Is there really no setup fee?
None at all. Your first payment covers design, development, and the first month of hosting — all included in the subscription.
What happens after the free trial?
You'll be charged your first monthly payment automatically at the end of the 7-day trial. You can cancel any time before that with no charge.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Who owns the website?
The website is licensed to you as part of your subscription. Noircraft.ca retains intellectual property. If you ever cancel, you retain rights to all photos and videos taken for your business.
How fast will my site go live?
Most sites launch within 48–72 hours of onboarding. Complex projects may take up to 5 business days.
What about the photography and video?
We schedule your shoot within 14 days of onboarding. You need to be available at your business location. Photos remain yours to keep even if you cancel.
